In this project, I explored how design can allow different locations and realities to coexist within a single and very limited space, turning the focus on one or the other, sometimes many simultaneously, to support and expand the storytelling process.

The set allows the four different locations of the play to exist simultaneously, with a central area merging three sections of the forest with one another and a street surrounding them. The design was a starting point for devising the play and heavily influenced its physicality and direction. With the use of LED lights hidden within the set we created a support for storytelling, allowing the design to change and evolve with the play.
